Malate Bayview Mansion - LOCATION

As the name suggests, this development is located in Malate District which is one of the districts in Manila. The center for tourism and commerce in Manila is served by the District of Ermita and the District of Malate.
Malate has not always been this urbanized, but it grew gradually from a small fishing village during the Spanish colonial period. Today, it is home to government offices, modern malls, resort hotels, and world-class health facilities.

Owning a piece of property here is investing not just in the future robust growth, but in the modern conveniences of life. For instance, the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex located right here in Malate is the country’s first stadium built in 1934. It is one of the key icons in recreation together with the Manila Zoo.
If you live with your family here, they will certainly enjoy the safe and convenient parks and promenades by Manila Bay. You can take a stroll in the nature as you enjoy quality time with your family outside the Malate Bayview mansion. The Cultural Center of the Philippines Complex, a 220-acre property falls partly within Malate District. Here, you can learn so much about history and culture dating back to the Spanish and American eras.

One of Manila’s first modern shopping malls inaugurated in 1976 known as Harrison Plaza is found here along Harrison Avenue. It houses over 200 stores and its total retail floor area measures 117,000 square meters. Enjoy shopping here in the stores spread over 2 floors and an open car park for convenience while driving in and out.

Apart from this mall, there are other prominent malls such as Robinsons Place Manila and 999 Mall. Restaurants here serve local as well as international delicacies. Notable among them are Rodita Buensalida Restaurant, Carolina Carinderia, and Cainan restaurants.

One of the notable health facilities is Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center. It has 300 bed capacity and it serves both as a training hospital and a treatment facility for residents of Malate and surrounding areas. Students of medicine, physical therapy, and nursing from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila train here in laboratory experiments. This hospital has served residents in this place from 1969.

The education in Malate is mainly consisting of private schools. Universities such as De La Salle University which is a research-based catholic university established in 1991 are the face of education here. Other education institutions include Philippine Christian University, St. Paul University Manila, College of St. Benilde, Malate Catholic School, St. Scholastica’s College Manila among others.
